Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your case activity and your preferences.

3.2 How to Opt Out

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, COX, and numerous regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Devkota Law Firm is not responsible for carrier-level message failures.

3.5 Compliance

Our text messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable Kansas and Missouri telecommunications regulations.

Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Jackson County, Missouri, or Sedgwick County, Kansas, as applicable. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
